Description

A quick and satisfying spam fried rice dish that combines the savory taste of diced spam with vibrant vegetables and fluffy rice, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced spam
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced spam and cook until slightly crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Push the spam to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice, green peas, carrots, and corn. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
