Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1½ cups almond butter
- 1 cup whey protein powder (chocolate, peanut butter, or vanilla flavor)
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Place rolled oats in a food processor or blender and blend until a flour-like consistency is achieved.
- Add the almond butter and protein powder to the oat flour and blend until fully incorporated.
- If the mixture is too crumbly, add water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture firms up enough to form balls.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture into twenty servings and roll each portion into balls.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to let them set.
Notes
Use high-quality almond butter for the best consistency. You can also experiment with different flavors of protein powder for variety.
