- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
