Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey, and ground lamb.
- Add eggs to the meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, basil, and dried oregano.
- Season with cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs in batches, turning to cook evenly on all sides.
