Ingredients
- 8 oz (220 g) ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) zucchini, shredded
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegan cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp (5 ml) green pesto
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until they are well blended. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a walnut, using your hands.
- Cook the meatballs in a nonstick skillet with a small amount of oil, placing a cover over the pan.
- After 4-5 minutes, turn them over to cook the other side. Optionally, you can also brown the edges.
