Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of phyllo dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (30 g)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled beef cheese (75 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25 ml)
  • 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the phyllo dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the phyllo dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Add black pepper and salt to the spinach mixture.
  6. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  7. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  8. Leave a small border around the edges.
  9. Carefully fold the edges of the phyllo dough over the filling.
