Ingredients
- 1 sheet of phyllo dough

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25 ml)
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the phyllo dough on a baking sheet.
- Brush the phyllo dough lightly with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add black pepper and salt to the spinach mixture.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
