Description

A comforting meal of tender beef and chewy noodles in a creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add egg noodles, cover, and cook according to noodle package instructions until tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
