Description

A comforting and hearty bowl of shepherd’s pie transformed into a delicious soup, featuring ground beef, vibrant vegetables, and creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
