Description

A comforting and creamy ground beef stroganoff that brings family and friends together for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 8 ounces of egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, mixing until combined.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
